You can use this product in 2 different ways, it depends on the effect you want to achieve: - If you want to use it with a flat design, you don't need an extra amount of clear material, just apply it to a not fully or fully cured smooth surface of any gel or CrystaLac, cover it with Cool Top Gel Universal or Mattever Top Gel. - In the case of a 3D decoration, use an additional layer of gel and apply the previously crumpled film on the surface with StickerUp tweezers and cover it with Cool Top Gel Universal or Mattever Top Gel.
