DISTRIBUTORS

If you’re a Crystal Nails Suisse distributor, you will have a signed contract which outlined and specified the terms and conditions established and agreed upon by the Seller

ONLINE ORDERS

In order to place an order online you need to register your personal account by carefully filling in all the required fields. It’s very important that the fields are valid and functioning: Name, Surname, Full Address (postcode, city, canton, telephone number, and email)

For your convenience, we recommend you to memorize the credentials of your account in order to access your personal area.

When you place an order online you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order with the details.

Our main form of communication is by email.

The Seller assumes no responsibility for your typing errors when entering your personal data.

AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT

All products are subject to stock availability.

If we don’t have sufficient stocks to process the order, we will inform you by e-mail to the address you provided.

The stocks are assigned according to the order of receipt of orders, to our main server.

The seller doesn’t guarantee the availability of any item based on the stock shown.

The seller wishes to warn the buyer that some products may be in packages different from those shown, old or new, it’s a matter of stock availability.

PRICES

All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (chf) and include VAT

PAYMENT

The customer’s payment will always be requested in advance in order to ship the order.

Payment can be made in various ways.

We accept payments with PayPal, Bank transfer, Postal order, Twint.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order at any time, as long as it hasn’t already been paid and shipped.

The company reserves the right to consider canceled all orders left in stock and unpaid for more than one month from the date of receipt.
