WHAT TO DO IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG PRODUCT?
In the event that you change your mind about a purchased item, we can accept the return at our discretion.
Provided that the item is unused, in its original and unopened packaging. Any labels still intact and in condition that allows us to sell the product as new.
Any damage caused by bad packaging will not be entitled to a replacement.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for replaced items due to change of mind.
If you are in doubt or in difficulty about choosing a product, we recommend to contact us, we will be happy to help you in the correct choice.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE?
If the product is defective, you have the right to have the item replaced.
Send us a photo and a detailed description of the problem within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will take care to check and eventually replace the product.
WHAT TO DO IF THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IS DEFECTIVE?
The warranty period for electrical equipment (UV-LED lamps, drill machines, table lamps, dust collectors, bulbs) is one year from the date of purchase of the product.
If your item is under warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement.
In both cases, the products will be shipped at our expense to the parent company which, after a careful verification of the problem, will repair or replace the product.
This procedure takes a long time.
In order to proceed with the return shipment it is extremely necessary to contact us directly, as the procedure involves the detailed compilation of a form.
They are therefore necessary (must be kept for the entire period of the warranty) Original box and purchase receipt.
It is not possible to repair equipment that is not covered by the warranty.
BULBS
Lifetime of UV and LED bulbs: we recommend replacing them every 4-6 months to ensure optimal performance
Why might other bulbs not work?
The connectors of other replacement bulbs are not the same even though the bulb may appear to be described the same way. We recommend purchasing Crystal Nails bulbs to ensure proper lamp performance.
Bulbs from other brands can damage the crystal Nails lamp.
